Home buyer feedback is an important part of the property selling process as it enables you to get direct feedback from the home buyer and introduce improvements which may help you sell your house privately to the next potential property buyer. General Home Buyer Feedback Tips - Do not take feedback personally, see it as an aid to help you introduce improvements to help you sell your home.
- We do not recommend asking the buyer for feedback during the house viewing but instead contact them via email or phone to request feedback after the house viewing is complete.
- Once you have received feedback from the house buyer, introduce improvements based on the feedback.
Example Feedback Questions We have created a list of example questions which you can use when requesting feedback from the home buyer. House buyer is not interested in the home for sale - What did you think of the house or flat for sale
